Pietermaritzburg - A Cramond farmer Ezrah Podolski, 71, died while tied to a tree after being bludgeoned on the head with a shovel on his farm on September 5 2006.

Podolski, who was still in his pyjamas as he was too sick to work, had taken men, who came to the farm to ask for work, in his bakkie to assign them jobs.

While he was with them they overpowered him and then invaded his home, horrendously assaulting his wife Miriam. She told the high Court in Pietermaritzburg that she believes God interceded and saved her as she prayed while being constantly kicked, punched and slapped and when she fell down pulled up by her hair.

A photograph shows that a rope tying the frail Podolski to the tree went through his mouth.

Wanted a machine

Domestic Gloria Ngidi said that after Podolski took the men to the work site, one of arrived at the farm home saying that Podolski needed a "machine for felling trees".

Neither Ngidi nor Miriam knew where to find it and Miriam told Ngidi to tell the man to tell Podolski to fetch it.

A second man came and the two of them pretended to leave, but after a short while a third joined them and they walked into the couple?s home.

Ngidi followed them inside as their conduct was unusual. They seized her, assaulted her and tied her up.

Miriam said that when the men entered her home, one grabbed her round the throat, choked her and demanded "the money".

'Have mercy on me'

She said while one was beating her she asked: "How could you this?" He replied: "Because we want the money."

After more beating she asked him: "Why are you doing this to me? Have mercy on me. Do you believe in God?"

But he told her to keep quiet because he did not know English.

She told the court she still has a scar on her lip, which was torn during the assault. A police photograph shows that she had a black eye as well as other injuries.

One assailant took her to a small bedroom and the door was closed.

She said she realised she had to get him out of that room. She told them that he should see if "he could find something" at a water tank as her husband sometimes left things there.

He took her from the small bedroom and she fell down, but he pulled her up by her hair and continued kicking, punching and slapping her.

Admitted to killing husband

She asked him where her husband was and he replied that they had killed him. She did not believe him then. While still beating her he said that she was going to die. She told him that their money was in a wardrobe and he threw everything out of the wardrobe.

He asked for more money and she said there was no more. He asked for a credit card, but she said that they did not have one, only a cheque book, but they did not take it.

One made her sit on a chair and tied her wrists very tightly together, trussed her feet and tied her to the chair. She then heard steps on the roof and she realised that one of them was going to the water tank to look for more items. All the while she prayed.

After she thought they had left, she managed to loosen her feet by moving side to side.

Still tied to the chair, she managed to make her way to the telephone and called the police.

Ezrah and Miriam Podolsky moved to South Africa from Israel about 20 years ago and became citizens.

The case continues on Wednesday.

A commentator recently stated: "B]ut uh, until there is a link to some primary record of his mom being Kenya [sic] at or around the time of his birth then it's just a whack conspiracy theory." The conspiracy motivation is also constantly repeated on various pro-Obama blogs, mainsteam media reports, political discourse at all levels, and even in at least one Federal Court decision dismissing a case filed against Obama.

A conspiracy theory is fed by "facts" that are in dispute. That is why it is called a theory. But these facts are not in dispute: under the British Nationality Act 1948(BNA 1948), Obama’s father was a British citizen/subject when he was born in the English colony of Kenya. Obama’s father continued to be such and not a U.S. citizen when Obama was born in 1961. Under the same BNA 1948, at birth, regardless of where he was born, Obama also became a British citizen/subject by descent from his British father.

As applicable only to a Presidential Article II "natural born Citizen" (not an Article II grandfathered "Citizen [which of course has long expired]," not an Article I "Citizen" [for Representatives and Senators who are eligible even if naturalized], not a 14th Amendment "citizen" [who is one either born on U.S. soil with U.S. jurisdiction or naturalized], not a U.S. Code born "citizen" [born on U.S. soil with U.S. jurisdiction or in U.S. outlying possessions or foreign countries to one or two U.S. citizen parents or being of unknown parentage is found in the U.S. while under the age of 5], and not a Wong Kim Ark 14th Amendment "citizen" [born on U.S. soil to alien parents who are legal U.S. residents]), the individual must be born in the United States to a mother and father who are themselves United States citizens (by birth or naturalization). This is to assure that a would-be, all powerful President and Commander in Chief of the Military has sole allegiance and loyalty to the United States from the time of birth, for the sources of citizenship (jus soli and jus sanguinis) are all united at birth to give the child only U.S. citizenship from birth and thereby forever prevent any other nation from claiming that child's citizenship, allegiance, loyalty and demanding military service or political favors. Such unity of U.S. citizenship also prevents a would-be President from feeling conflicted as to his allegiance and loyalty between the United States and some other foreign country, whether done consciously or unconsciously. Finally, such unity of U.S. citizenship allows the American people to fully trust their President with protecting their nation and their and their families' very lives. The American people expect their President to make very tough decisions in a moment of crisis and they cannot risk that their President may be ambivalent about taking the proper course of action because of some allegiance and loyalty conflict acquired from birth and nurtured throughout his or her life.

It is public knowledge that Obama has admitted in his writings and otherwise that when he was born, his father was a British citizen/subject and not a United States citizen and that at that time he himself also became such. In fact, his father was not even a permanent resident of the United States, but rather only a student who would probably have been here only on a temporary student visa. Hence, not only was Obama's father not a United States citizen but Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen. Hence, clearly, Obama is not and cannot be an Article II "natural born Citizen," regardless of where he may have been born, regardless of what his original long-form Birth Certificate may say, regardless of to which countries he may have travelled, regardless of how many passports he may have acquired and used, regardless of whether or not he registered for the military service, regardless of what any of his school or medical documents say, regardless of what foreign schools he attended, and regardless of whether he was ever adopted by some foreign national. The real operative facts are not in dispute. I fail to see where the conspiracy is.

I realize that those who are still drunk on the wine of the Babylonian Mystery religion (incorporated into the Roman Catholic Cult as brought out in The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop) don't appreciate or comprehend those who are now SOBER and happy to be free from idolatrous traditions for the plain truth of the Bible and history. Truly, the vast majority of religious people constitute a nation of drunks and whores.

The Sabbath-keeping Church of God rejoices in the knowledge and glorious plan of salvation for all mankind that the biblical festivals, the holy days that our Great Creator God has ordained portray -- no longer falling for the hollow days of pagan Rome, pimped by Roman wolves in sheep's clothing, false father figures.

Yeshua will establish the law of God as the law of the land, the law of all the Earth! That holy law reveals the seven biblical festivals of the LORD that Yeshua will faithfully teach and command all nations to observe or else -- not just the Jewish people and British-Israelites.

Yes, too many people have inherited religious lies, and have passed down traditional error from generation to generation; worthless celebrations that God hates and rejects as unclean and polluted.

It bears repeating, since our proud and stubborn peoples have thick skulls that need the truth knocked into them, driving home this biblical message: Christmas and Easter are PAGAN -- those who say otherwise are liars, dishonest with themselves and others, worshipping God in vain (Titus 1:16, 1 John 2:4).

I believe many PROFESSING Christians are actually familiar with the Scriptures that condemn futile attempts to modify pagan holidays and tailor heathen customs to serve the true God (Deut. 12:30-32, Jer. 10:2-3), but they conveniently ignore them or reject them by woeful neglect when such Scriptures step on their traditional toes and make them uncomfortable, demanding change (isn't that what true conversion is all about?), requiring them to learn to love God's truth more than their TRADITIONS (Mark 7:7).

Abominable Christians, those who have the perverted religious preference of tradition over truth, are just like every other sinner unwilling to confess and forsake their sins and seek to whitewash or justify them.

The difference is such professing Christians often pretend to be better or more righteous than those physical idolaters and immoral folks (who also refuse to repent) while they engage in spiritual idolatry (putting tradition over truth) and spiritual immorality (whoring around with other gods and foreign ways) bringing divine judgment upon our nations.

Death to America? May the servants of God, who know and believe the Bible and its principles and prophecies about blessings for national obedience and curses for national disobedience (Dan. 9:11), plea for diehard Catholics and Protestants to REPENT!

May we take the Word of God seriously and turn from the pagan holidays that God hates so much He let ancient Israel and Judah suffer destruction, defeat and deportation for such "harmless" celebrations and blind observations.

Will we insist on losing our national sovereignty too, brought to our knees to learn to see things God's way or will we repent and spare ourselves, our family and friends, from suffering the dreadful Time of Jacob's Trouble, the Great Tribulation?
